Hardware Configuration: If required we will setup space on a server and provide a domain name to you and work with you to configure sitekiosk to your requirements |

Interface Design: Our Information Systems Manager will work with you to design and build an interface using graphical design and animations |

Software Design: Our Software Designer will work with you to build the software configuration to meet your requirements. This can include content management, card payment solutions, online surveys, database integration and forms |

Data Integration: We can build and integrate an agreed amount of data and images into your system to get it ready for launch |

Kiosk Integration: We will ensure that your interface makes the full use of the kiosk technology and provide consultancy on how to optimise your website for use with the technology |

Statistical Reporting: We will put a series of statistical reporting mechanisms into place to report on the use of your kiosk and its information |
| |
 |
Project Completion: Upon project completion you will be visited by your Account Co-ordinator who will ensure that you are happy with the product and deal with any late changes to the system |

Project Review: After three months the Managing Director of Scream.co.uk will contact you to check that you are happy with our product and your level of customer support |
